100,000 Strong in the Americas - Expanding Sustainable Education Partnerships

This project will focus on building sustainable, public-private higher education partnerships using the 100,000 Strong in the Americas Innovation Fund model. This model promotes economic prosperity and workforce development through increased capacity building for student exchange and training programs between the United States and the rest of the Western Hemisphere. Participants will explore different approaches to marketing and fundraising to support higher education partnerships, increase institutional linkages, and create more opportunities for student exchange and training programs. The project will offer best practices for education-focused public/private sector collaboration, including working with private sector corporate social responsibility initiatives. The project will also examine internationalization of higher education programs and opportunities to expand diverse institutional linkages and exchanges between universities and colleges in the United States with Latin America and the Caribbean.
