The Community Solutions Program (CSP) is a professional leadership development program for the best and brightest community leaders worldwide.
The 2021 Community Solutions Program included 118 fellows from 66 countries placed virtually with over 88 U.S. host organizations in 59 cities to complete a meaningful learning exchange program. These 118 fellows were selected from a pool of over 7,000 applicants, one of the largest and most diverse applicant pools in CSP’s ten-year history. We were proud to host a Fellow in Fall 2021, Miruna Ranjan. We continue to collaborate into the future.
The Community Solutions Program is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State with funding provided by the U.S. Government and supported in its implementation by IREX.
CSP promotes sustainable, positive change around the world by supporting grassroots leaders and their visions for change in their communities. CSP fellows have demonstrated leadership potential and are experienced professionals in one of four thematic areas: environmental issues, peace and conflict resolution, transparency and accountability, and women and gender issues.
